In life we are trying to get 1% better each day when we show up to practice. The harder the skills the smaller the micro-progression of details will be. We make “big changes” at the introductory level, and then micro changes as skills get more and more advanced. Sometimes as simple as changing when your breathe initiates and exhales. We’re mic’d up today in class and we’re trying to improve our backhandsprings by just 1%
