🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR ALL RAPIDS FAMILIES 🚨

HEO has confirmed that ALL players must have the Shift Forward Program for Parents completed and attached to their profile to be rostered for the 2027–2028 season.

For 2026–2027, families who already have Respect in Sport (RIS) Parent are still covered.

But starting next season, Shift Forward will be mandatory for everyone, even if you previously completed RIS.
We’ve already flagged to HEO that parents may push back about paying for another program, but this is a Hockey Canada mandate not a local decision.

So… prep yourselves 😅

A few extra clarifications:
-RIS will be grandfathered only until the 2028–2029 season.
-For new registrants, it’s easiest to just complete Shift Forward now even if they already have RIS‑Parent for another child.
