We are CrossFit. We’ve designed this strength and conditioning facility for individuals, teams, and athletes who are all striving to reach personal goals.

Huge shoutout to our members Tim & Erin 👏
Today they took on the CN Cycle for CHEO , representing in their CrossFit Cornwall gear and raising money for an incredible cause ❤️
This is exactly what we mean when we say training at CrossFit prepares you for anything. Whether it be a race, an athletic event, or just work at home that requires a little strength — the work you put in here carries over.
You don’t need to train for every specific thing… you just show up, stay consistent, and your fitness is there when you need it.
From the gym floor to events like this, it’s pretty awesome to see what our community is capable of.

Big weekend for the CrossFit Cornwall crew 🙌
This past weekend at the St Lawrence Marathon , we had athletes representing the gym across every distance —
🏃♂️ 5K
🏃♀️ 10K
🔥 Half Marathon
💪 Full Marathon
And honestly… it was pretty special to watch.
As coaches, this is the stuff that fires us up. Not just the finishes, but the commitment leading up to it — extra time training, tough runs and showing up anyway. And BEST OF ALL… all the smiles we get to see while they’re running!
We had people chasing personal bests, and others just proving to themselves they could do hard things. That’s what it’s all about.
We’re proud of every single one of you
Moments like this remind us that what we do in the gym carries over into real life — goals, challenges, and big wins outside these walls.
And now we’re already thinking ahead…
👉 Let’s make 2027 even bigger.
In 2024 we showed up in a big way. (42 athletes) This year we had an amazing group again…
Next year — let’s bring an even bigger crew and take over the course.

Izzy & Addie showed up to their high school CrossFit comp at Vankleek Hill Collegiate Institute ready to WORK 💥
They battled through some tough workouts, pushed each other the whole way, and earned a 3rd place finish 🥉🔥
This wasn’t luck — this was effort.
Two athletes who show up to regular classes, put their heads down, and get after it… and then go test themselves when it counts 👀
They embraced the grind, had fun with it, and represented CrossFit Cornwall and École secondaire catholique La Citadelle the right way 💪

Join in on the fun!
Here we go! Announcing the 2026 Konti’shátste’ Strong Women competition, in honour of Women’s Health Month! We have collaborated with CrossFit Cornwall, with support from Indigenous Sport & Wellness Ontario and the OMC - Onkwehonwe Midwives Collective to bring you this fun, challenging, community building event, just for women!
On Saturday, May 30th, we’ll gather at the A’nowara’ko:wa arena, on Cornwall Island, to compete in 5 different challenges that test strength, endurance and toughness! More than competing, we want everyone to have fun! Each challenge will earn you points for a combined mark. In addition to gathering points from the challenge, you’ll have a chance to earn more points from spectators! Each spectator will have a ballot that they can award to their favourite competitor after they compete! So bring your friends and family!!!
There will be 5 divisions, including a youth category (age 12-15), three adult categories based on weight (age 16-59), and an Elder category for women aged 60+!!!
We will have first, second and third place prizes in each division, as well as a door prize for one of the lucky spectators!
At the event, we’ll have an indoor, family centred rest station in the turtle room, 3TK will be a vendor on site with drinks, and Rustic Saunas and Sweats will be on site to offer sauna recovery sessions!
The event kicks off at 10am on May 30th, with sign-in taking place 30 minutes before each heat. Early bird registration is $10.00 from now until May 11th. Ticket prices go up on the 12th to $20.00 and registration closes on May 20th to allow us to organize the heats.
May 15th, we’ll release videos of each of the strength challenges. Videos will include how points will be awarded and any possible penalties. If you wonder whether you can do this event or not, you probably can! So come out and join us. In the meantime, hit up a group fitness class and practice lifting stuff and carrying it around!
