We are CrossFit. We’ve designed this strength and conditioning facility for individuals, teams, and athletes who are all striving to reach personal goals.

CrossFit Cornwall wants to fuel a revolution in fitness that advocates the pursuit of function and that measures performance not anatomy. In group classes or one on one clients we’ll be using basic equipment such as gymnastics rings, pull up bars and kettlebells, rather than machines we aim to restore the belief that fitness is about physical movement and everyday functionality (a key product of the CrossFit philosophy). We believe that the way you train and you who surround yourself with is far more important than where you train. What is often missing from commercial gyms is the sense of belonging. CrossFit workouts are unique and 100% scalable to nearly any population, only their weights and reps are scaled. The two extremes of fitness requirements differ in intensity not kind. It is this blend of life experience within CrossFit that forges a strong sense of community unlike other gyms.

Huge shoutout to Coach Kyle and Sam for an incredible performance at the Hybrid Clash by Fortis Competitions a few weeks ago, battling it out to take 2nd place in the Rx Men Division!

We are so proud of the hard work, grit, and teamwork you both put on display out there.

Representing 9/11 and the 343 brave firefighters we lost. Everyone crushed this one, and watching four different athletes tackle it. Whether working around an injury, adjusting for their capability, or scaling to find the right stimulus, shows exactly what CrossFit is all about. Doing the best workout for you.

We want to wish Coach Addie Addison McAlear all the best as she heads off to university!

From stepping into her very first CrossFit class in May of 2023, to keeping the gym spotless as our cleaner, and eventually stepping up to coach our members, we couldn’t be more proud of her journey.

Thank you for everything, Addie! We are going to miss you around the gym! Thankfully, this isn't a permanent goodbye. We'll definitely see her around working out/coaching on holidays, weekends, reading weeks, and hopefully next summer!

We are looking for a few more moms to join our specialized Postpartum Mom Strong program at CrossFit Cornwall! 🤱💪

If you are newly postpartum and looking for a safe, smart way to get back into fitness, this program is built for you. We focus on:

Pelvic floor and core rehabilitation

Rebuilding foundational strength and mechanics

A supportive, dedicated group environment designed specifically for new moms

Calling all new moms! 🌸 We are looking for 12 new moms to join our upcoming cohort! Whether you’re looking to safely get back into movement or starting your fitness journey for the very first time, this group is for you.

Designed specifically for moms with babies under 1 year old, our Mom Strong classes focus on rebuilding your foundation from the inside out in a supportive, baby-friendly environment. 👶💪

So, these two signed up for a competition weeks ago, confident they were in the female/female competition. Turns out? It was mixed-gender. Oops!😜

But in true athlete fashion, they didn't miss a beat. A massive shout-out to the team at for being legends and allowing them to pivot on the fly so they could still compete. Addie and Becky leaned into the challenge, Addie grabbed the male-standard weights, and threw down with everyone else.💪🏼

We couldn't be more proud of their grit, their friendship, and their ability to just show up and perform no matter what. Thanks for the show, ladies! You absolutely smashed it!
