Keep the season going! Cornwall Baseball Fall Ball is back for our Rookie through Senior divisions. It’s all about building skills, getting extra time on the diamond, and having fun with friends this autumn.

Fall Ball relies on our incredible community. To run this program, we need 4 coaches (plus assistant coaches) per division. No prior coaching experience required, just enthusiasm!

🏆 CHAMPIONS! 🏆

A huge congratulations to our Cornwall River Rats 13U team on bringing home 1st Place in the Junior B Division at the Scott Tokessy Tournament! 🎉⚾

The River Rats put together an outstanding weekend of baseball:
⚾ Friday: Defeated Mississippi Mills 12-2
⚾ Saturday: Defeated South Ottawa 13-1, then battled Kanata to a hard-fought 6-6 tie to finish first in the standings.
⚾ Championship Sunday: Faced Kanata once again and left no doubt, earning a dominant 13-1 victory to capture the championship!

There were outstanding performances from every corner of the roster throughout the weekend.

🔥 Nayte Grignon was lights out on the mound, throwing 7 scoreless innings during the tournament.

💪 The pitching staff of Jericho Cox, Ronan Boyle, Emmett Cryderman, Darius VanPutten, and Warren Ellis delivered clutch performances all weekend long, keeping opponents off balance.

💣 At the plate, Logan Grant, Ryder Merkley, TJ St. Jean, and Parker Scott provided the power, launching big hits when the team needed them most.

🧤 Defensively, Kieran Henry, Griffen Trew, Jeremie Desnoyers, and Landon Barque made countless outstanding plays to help secure the championship.

This championship was a true team effort, with every player contributing to an unforgettable weekend. Congratulations to the players, coaches, and families on a fantastic achievement. We couldn't be prouder of this group!

🏆 GOLDEN WEEKEND FOR THE 9U CORNWALL RIVER RATS! 🏆

What a weekend for our Minor Select 9U Cornwall River Rats at the Scott Tokessy Memorial Tournament! ⚾️💙

The Rats went UNDEFEATED all weekend, showing up game after game with determination, teamwork and some serious Fire!

⚾️Friday: The River Rats kicked things off with a big 16-8 victory!
🌅 Saturday morning: Despite the early wake-up call, the boys came ready to play and took down Nepean Green 13-2!
💥 Next up was Kanata, who were also undefeated going into the game. The River Rats came out swinging and dominated with a 12-0 shutout!
🌧️ With rain Sunday forcing the finals to be moved to 6:00 PM Saturday, the boys had to dig deep. A tired bunch or not, the River Rats weren’t finished yet!

🏆 CHAMPIONSHIP GAME: The boys came out swinging AGAIN and finished the weekend with a 12-0 GOLD MEDAL WIN over Kanata! 🥇
4 games. 4 wins. UNDEFEATED. GOLD. 🏆🔥

These boys are definitely THE TEAM TO WATCH! 👀⚾️

Our U8 River Rats are thrilled to announce that our Boston Pizza Fundraiser was a huge success! Thanks to your incredible support, along with the evening’s sales and our 50/50 draw, we raised an amazing $950!

As the youngest team in the association, we’re so grateful for the support our community has shown us. Every dollar helps create unforgettable experiences for our players and helps us continue to grow both on and off the field.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, bought tickets, donated and cheered us on. We’d also like to extend a special thank you to the incredible staff at Boston Pizza for hosting us and helping make the evening such a success. We truly appreciate your support of our team and our community!
