If you've been chasing the same 20 pounds for 5 years, busy moms, you are the problem. π₯
Not your age. Not your metabolism. Not menopause.
You think you need to be perfect, so missing one workout wrecks your whole week.
One bad meal turns into a weekend off track, then "I'll start again Monday." π©
You go too hard too fast. New diet, six workouts, no carbs, no life. Two weeks later you quit. π€
You have no accountability. You wait for motivation instead of building a real system. πͺ
And here's the one that stings most. Your ego won't let you ask for help.
If your way hasn't worked in five years, maybe it's time to admit it doesn't. π³
Stop restarting. Get a plan. Get accountable. Get coachable. Finish what you started. π
Which mistake hits closest to home right now? π
Comment COACHING and I'll help you build the system that finally works for you. β

We're talking about the Costco brownies today because someone needs to have an intervention. π
120 calories each, which honestly isn't bad at all.
The problem was never the brownie.
The problem is the amount of brownies.
My guy Cameron looked me dead in the eye and said the real question isn't how many calories, it's how many you can fit in your mouth at one time. π€―
I disagreed, strongly, on record, as your coach.
That is not a serving size, that is a crime scene. π
One brownie is a treat.
Six brownies is a lifestyle choice nobody signed up for.
Portion control isn't about restriction, it's about not blacking out in the Costco parking lot with chocolate on your shirt. π«
Track it, enjoy it, move on with your day.
How many brownies would it actually take before your body sends you a warning text. π
Comment COACHING if you want help building a plan where treats fit in without the chaos. π₯
Busy working moms and dads, I tried a new exercise this week and I need you to know I failed spectacularly. π
Full commitment, terrible form, and I still ended up in a heap on the floor questioning every decision that led me there.
30 years in this industry and apparently my body just said absolutely not today. π€¦ββοΈ
Here's the thing nobody tells you.
Half the exercises trending online aren't built for real people, they're built for content.
You don't need to do what I clearly can't do either.
You need workouts that actually work and exercises you can actually complete without ending up on the floor like I did. πͺ
My clients get real results doing movements they can actually perform, no ego, no chaos, no floor naps required. π
What's the most humbling exercise fail you've ever had. π€
Comment COACHING and I'll build you workouts that won't wreck your dignity. π₯
Yesterday the US started changing rules on child vaccinations... What do you think?

βDIETS DONβT WORK!!! READ THE RESEARCH!!!β ππ‘
Well s**t.
33 years as a coach and apparently I forgot to Google it. ππ
Here's the funny part...
She's actually RIGHT about some of this.
Genetics matter.
Hunger signals matter.
Cravings matter.
Hormones matter.
Your environment matters.
Some people absolutely have a harder time losing weight than others. β€οΈ
But then we took a HARD left...
βTherefore diet and exercise don't work.β
Wait... WHAT? π
That's like saying some people have terrible eyesight, therefore GLASSES DON'T WORK. ππ€£
If losing weight was just...
βEat an apple and go for a walk.β
I wouldn't have a career. ππΆββοΈ
Nobody would need a coach.
I'd be unemployed by Thursday. π
The entire reason coaching exists is because KNOWING what to do and actually DOING it consistently are two very different things.
We help with the hard part. πͺ
Food.
Habits.
Cravings.
Training.
Accountability.
And figuring out how to do all of that while living an actual human life. π₯
So yes...
PLEASE read the research. ππ
Just don't stop halfway through and start yelling at the fitness coach.
Harder doesn't mean hopeless.
And I'll never tell someone who's struggling that they're powerless. β€οΈπͺ
Busy working moms and dads, if you love pancakes as much as I do, you've probably felt guilty eating them. π₯
Regular pancakes taste amazing then leave you crashing an hour later, feeling sluggish and hungry again by 10am.
I used to think I had to choose between enjoying breakfast and staying on track.
Then I found Flourish High Protein Pancake Mix at Costco and that trade off disappeared. π
23 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber per serving, no added sugar, and you just add water.
It genuinely tastes like a real pancake, not a chalky protein powder pancake.
No crash, no guilt, just a breakfast that actually fuels your whole morning. πͺ
Simple swap, same craving satisfied, way better result for your body. π₯
Have you tried these yet or is this your sign to grab a bag. π€
