We listen. A lot. And what we keep hearing is: more ways to train, more reasons to show up, more of each other.

So 2027 is a big one. The FITCO HOUSE GAMES. New HYROX times, more classes and Sunday open gym. FITCO Nutrition, our own coach-led nutrition app. And a youth app for our littles, already live and already making parents very happy.

All of it does one thing. Brings this community closer. That's how we raise the bar around here.

Sure you’ve got great intentions of hitting the gym after work. But then you get pi**ed off at work, mad about something that didn’t go right, you’re exhausted from putting out fires (or creating them), and you say screw it and go home, scroll your phone and eat something thats comforting but also completely unhealthy and then you feel even worse and say … ugh, tomorrow.

Yep, tomorrow. But it doesn’t happen.

The people who are here dont have more willpower than you, they just make a stronger decision to NOT let the day win. To NOT let the day steal the best hour to replace it with another crappy one.

Don’t let that happen (anymore!)

Make the decision that no matter what the day held you are coming to get the best hour of your day and that THIS HOUR will do its best to erase all the other crappy hours you had earlier in the day.

Don’t give up on the best hour, with the best people, thats right here waiting for you!

Think about what actually leaves your bank account every month without a second thought.   Subscriptions you forgot about. Food you didn’t even enjoy. Starbucks hits every few days. Another pair of sh*tty shoes that weren’t comfortable. Or an amazon haul you’ll forget about in a week.

What $200 a month gets you here:
Being able to go into a place with people that notice you and celebrate you and cheer for you louder than anywhere else.
Coaches that actually coach you, correct your form, genuinely care about your day.
Programming that’s done for you, and modified wherever you need it to be.
Feeling good in your skin and being proud of what your body can do.
More Espresso, less Depresso - only from Paul though.
A place that leaves you feeling energized, proud of yourself and excited to come back.

That’s not a splurge, not even close.

Thats legit the smartest bill you’ll pay every month.

Trust us, medication, trips to the doctor and feeling like garbage every day is much more expensive.
