Welcome back to the fall rhythms, predictable schedules, and yoga practice. This is a gentle reminder that our group yoga classes will start next Tuesday, September 9th. I'm on the trail this week, but I look forward to seeing your bright faces and hearing about your summer adventures. See you on the mat!

Hey Satori yogis! Spring yoga session ends this week.
Private classes will continue throughout the summer, and group classes will return in September. I'll be off social media till then.

I am amazed at the progress you all have made. Keep it up, keep the momentum going, and gimme a shout (text or email) if you need a tune up this summer!
