GMBA is looking for our very first HPP Coach!
Are you passionate about developing young athletes and building a culture of excellence? Our 12U (2015 age group) High Performance Baseball Program is seeking a motivated, knowledgeable coach to lead the next generation of players.
This is a unique opportunity to work with dedicated athletes in a competitive environment that values skill development, leadership, accountability, and love of the game.

We are proud to introduce Rylan Pranger as an ICBA All-Star Coach!
As the Head Coach of the Guelph Royals 11U Tier 1 team, Rylan brings a championship pedigree to the dugout, including multiple ICBA titles and a AAA OBA Provincial Championship.
An elementary school principal by trade and a former NCAA D1, IBL, and National Team player, Rylan perfectly blends elite baseball expertise with a passion for teaching. Whether at the helm of the Royals or leading operations at The WAR Room, his focus remains on building relationships and helping young athletes reach their highest potential.
