NSCA Celebration of Excellence 2026!🏆

We were presented with our banner from winning the Wendy’s U20 Provincial Championships this year. It was a great afternoon of celebrating curlers across Nova Scotia!

We were touched by the tribute to Colleen Jones and the announcement of the Colleen Jones Memorial Trophy for the Women’s Provincial Championship💙

Thank you to Bruce Rainnie for hosting and to the Fitzgeralds, Freemans, and volunteers for all of the effort put into this event. Finally, thank you to Curling Photos for the great pictures taken yesterday and all season long!!

Yesterday we attended the first ever NS Curling High Performance Program Retreat!!

Thank you to Emma from the Canadian Sport Institute Atlantic for her insights, we had a great time meeting you! We also became chefs in the kitchen with Melissa for a special nutrition session. Thank you to Simon as well for his session we always learn so much when we’re together😊

We were missing Lily and Stephanie but can’t wait to see them today for the Celebration of Excellence!!🏆

As you can see Anna and Cassidy don’t have a bright future in puzzle solving… they should stick to curling

The long weekend in May is approaching which means it's time for our 2nd golf major pool of the season, the PGA Championship.

$20 Entry with 50% going to prizes and 50% to the team.You can enter more than once if you like and if you have anyone that would be interested, please forward along. Prizes will be distributed at 60%-30%-10% or as close as possible to that ratio
Please pick 3 golfers from each group 1-4 and 2 golfers from each group from 5-8.(20 golfers total)
Scoring will be prize money won for the tournament.
Deadline is Thursday, May 14th 9am Atlantic time.
If your golfer withdraws before the deadline, please send me a replacement from the same group if you can. If they withdraw without hitting a shot but after the deadline, you will get the name at the top of the group. If they hit a shot then they are live and in play. I will try and let people know if there are WD’s.
