Not because of a number on a scale, a clothing size, or how much weight you can lift.
Strong looks good on you because it shows up in the early mornings, the hard workouts, the days you didn’t feel like showing up but did anyway. It shows up in your resilience, your confidence, and your willingness to keep going.
Strength isn’t about being perfect. It’s about becoming a little stronger - physically and mentally - every day.
And that looks good on you. 💪✨

From training in the winter to the spring 🌸
14 weeks ago I committed to training for a 5K + 10K race weekend ✨
After tearing my meniscus last year, I gave myself a few extra weeks to train and rebuild slowly. For 14 weeks, I showed up for 3 runs a week — not always motivated, not always fast, but consistent. And I’m really proud of that.
Just a reminder that movement doesn’t have to be perfect to count. Start small, go at your own pace, and keep showing up 💛
Consistency pays off every single time.
Sidenote: I just wish my fur buddy could join me this weekend 🐶🤍

Bodies are allowed to change.
In our 40’s and beyond, we’ve lived through motherhood, stress, growth, loss, joy, hormones, and life itself. Of course our bodies look different now.
We were never meant to stay the same forever.
This season isn’t about shrinking ourselves. It’s about caring for ourselves, respecting ourselves, and learning to speak to ourselves with the same kindness we give everyone else.
A gentle reminder to LOVE yourself 💜

Lately I’ve been pushing myself in a new way — I started a running program in February with the goal of hitting a 10K 🏃♀️
And honestly? It’s been a game changer.
Not just physically, but mentally too. Having a plan, structure, and something to work toward has made all the difference. It’s reminded me that progress doesn’t happen by accident — it happens with intention.
Even as a trainer, I don’t do it all alone. Sometimes we all need guidance, accountability, and a bit of a push to reach our goals.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, unmotivated, or unsure where to start — that’s exactly where I come in.
Whether your goal is strength, endurance, or just feeling better in your body, I’ve got you.
Message me to get started 💪

Move your body now… your future self is counting on it. 💪
Strength, mobility, balance — these are gifts you give your older self every single day you choose to move. The habits you build today are the ones that will carry you through your 60s, 70s and beyond.
As a personal trainer, I see it all the time: the people who start early move with more freedom later. They hike longer, play with their grandkids, and live life with energy instead of limitation.
Don’t wait until you “have to.” Start while you can.
And yes… I’m counting down the days until the warmer weather arrives so the trails open up and the hikes get longer again. 🌿🥾
Move today so your senior self can say:
“Thank you for starting when you did.” ✨

When you have the energy — use it.
Not every workout needs to be all-out, but on the days you feel strong, rested, and ready? Go there. Push the pace. Lift a little heavier. Finish the set.
Progress doesn’t come from playing small. It comes from showing up fully in the moments you can.
Train smart. Recover well. And when the opportunity’s there… go all in. 💛

Doing the thing that scares you doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it’s just showing up.
Moving your body when your mind says stay still.
Trying the class, the run, the lift, the stretch — even when you feel awkward, tired, or unsure.
Fear gets quieter when you move through it.
Confidence follows action, not the other way around.
Today’s reminder: you don’t have to be fearless — just willing to move anyway.

Not for aesthetics. Not for pressure.
For getting up off the floor with ease.
For carrying groceries without thinking twice.
For joints that move, muscles that support you, and confidence in your body as it changes.
Small, consistent movement now is a gift you’ll be grateful for later.

Motherhood is wild. One minute you’re holding a tiny human, and the next you’re celebrating their 14th birthday and wondering how time moved this fast.
I’m so proud of the person he’s becoming, a little amazed by it, and honestly a bit emotional. Every stage feels like it lasts forever… until suddenly it doesn’t.
Trying to soak it all in, even the messy, loud, eye-rolling moments. 💜
We love you, buddy!
