Looking for a fitness routine that works with your schedule and your current fitness level?

- True Touch Fitness: In-person and virtual classes Monday to Friday, with options throughout the day.
- Train with Laura: Live virtual classes 7 days a week, plus on-demand workouts so you can train when it works for you.
- Telford House 55+ Fitness: In-person classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:30 AM at a discounted rate per class.

You can choose drop-ins, punch passes or monthly memberships, depending on the program.

You do not have to be at a certain fitness level to get started. Our classes are designed to give you options and modifications so you can work at your own level.
