Strength training is one of the most powerful tools women can use to support their health, confidence, and overall well-being. This January, we’re excited to host the Women & Weights Workout Workshop at Luxe Fitness, led by Susie from Smash Fitness.
Join us on Saturday mornings from 8:30–9:30am on January 10, 17, 24, and 31. Each session includes an educational component followed by a strength-focused workout designed to help you feel confident and supported in the gym. The first session will run until 9:45am to allow time for questions and setup.
Here’s what each week will cover:
Week 1: The benefits and importance of strength training for women
Week 2: Progressive overload, structure and consistency, plus recovery and injury prevention
Week 3: Mindset and building the mental skills needed for long-term success
Week 4: Nutrition and macros, and how fueling your body supports your goals
Each week you’ll receive a new workout, a weekly meal plan, and practical tools you can apply right away. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop is designed to help you build strength with confidence.
