Congratulations to Jake, our randomly selected August winner! Thanks to everyone who sacrificed their grip strength and forearms for the cause.

SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE: BARBELL BACK SQUAT

Load the bar with your bodyweight and complete as many back squats as you can.

Your mission: • Barbell weight = your bodyweight
• As many reps as possible
• Write your name and total reps on the Member Engagement Board
• Every completed attempt gets you entered into our monthly prize draw!

⚔️ Legends were forged. Battles were fought. Greatness was earned.

After a grueling month of competition... six brave warriors answered the call and stepped onto the battlefield.

Some conquered.

Some questioned their life choices.

All earned our respect.

Good news!

After years of watching creatine prices climb during and after the pandemic, we're finally seeing them come back down... and it's a big one.

Our creatine is now nearly half the price it was before, making now a great time to stock up.

Upholstery Repairs Underway

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be working through several upholstery repairs around the gym, with approximately two pieces being repaired each week.

If a piece of equipment is unsafe or unusable, it will be removed from service or clearly marked as out of order until the repair is complete.

If the damage is only cosmetic and the equipment remains safe to use—such as the bicep curl machine shown here—it will remain available while it waits its turn.

Thanks for your patience while we continue improving and maintaining the gym.

A few new toys have officially found their home at LivFit!

We’ve added a handful of new bars and cable attachments from Bells of Steel. Some replace older attachments that had seen better days, and others are brand-new additions to give you even more exercise options.

New additions include:
• Multi-grip cable curl bar
• Straight cable bar
• Single tricep rope
• Tricep extension rope
• Tricep bar
• Short utility barbell
• 45" EZ Curl Bar
• 54.5" EZ Curl Bar

It’s the little upgrades that make a big difference. Better equipment means a better training experience, and we’re always looking for ways to keep improving the gym for our members.

June’s member engagement board challenge was distance in 10 minutes on the treadmill, and we had a great group of members take part.
