Race day (and night!) is September 26th at the Springwater Conservation Area in Aylmer.

Are you able to lend some time in support of your running community on September 26th? We'd love to have you join us as a volunteer.

We can't host races without volunteers. Thanks to all of our amazing volunteers!

We need to fill the following positions at the Howling Ghost:

-parking assistance
-packet pickup
-aid stations
-handing out medals (usually combined with another role)
-course sweep (night race only)
