It’s been forever since I posted! It was a busy summer, and things are just beginning to calm down now. I’m looking forward to the season of relaxation, change, and working toward my goals! 🤍
We recently got to enjoy a whole weekend together at a local music festival which was fun! I’m looking forward to more weekends of leisure 🍂

It is week 5 of the Best Body Challenge! Each week we have been focusing on a different habit, and this week we are adding in breath work. It is helpful for all kinds of things including calming anxiety, stress, falling asleep, relaxation, and also for exercise of course! 🫁
If you have never tried breath work, I would definitely recommend it! An easy one to start with is box breathing (breathe out 4 seconds, hold 4 seconds, breathe in 4 seconds, hold 4 seconds and repeat!)🌬️

For years, women have been taught to make themselves smaller. What we’ve now realized is we don’t need to be small or skinny, we can be strong and powerful! Strength training improves confidence in all aspects of our lives, while also improving physical health and enhancing your physique. That’s why I train.
So take up space, be strong, be powerful 🤍
