A soulful update:

The last few weeks have been unexpected.

If you’ve been wondering where I’ve been, much of my time and energy has been pouring into a new venture called Radiant Ride Co. — a luxury mobile detailing business I started alongside my dear friend 💫

And while it may seem like a very different path from the wellness, coaching, and soul-centered work I’ve shared here over the years, something beautiful is happening.

Today reminded me why.

After spending hours detailing a vehicle in the heat, our client invited us to stay for a refreshing cold drink before we headed out.

We stood in his shop talking about life, business, dreams, challenges, entrepreneurship, and the realities of building something from the ground up.

Nothing profound.

Nothing planned.

Just genuine human connection.

And as we stood there laughing and sharing stories, I realized something…

The vehicle is the service.

The connections are the gift.

People can get their vehicle cleaned almost anywhere.

What they remember is how they felt.

The conversation.

The kindness.

The care.

The experience.

For a little while I’ve been quietly wondering how my soul work and this new business journey fit together.

Today I realized maybe they’re not separate at all.

Whether I’m sitting across from someone in a coaching session, holding space for healing, or standing beside a vehicle with a shop vac in my hand…😂

I’m still bringing the same heart.

The same intention. My same vibe..

The same belief that every interaction matters.

Perhaps the real soul work isn’t found in what we do.

Perhaps it’s found in how we show up.

The clean vehicle is simply the reason we met.

The connection is the reason it mattered.

My heart is full.

International Happiness Day 2026 ✨

For years, I’ve shared this message…

✨ Happiness is a choice
✨ Happiness is within
✨ Happiness is our birthright

And I still believe that.

But today, I want to share it from where I truly am…

Not from perfection—
but from awareness.

Because happiness isn’t something I’ve mastered…
it’s something I’m in relationship with.

Some days, I feel fully connected to it.
Other days, I feel disconnected, heavy, or unsure.

And what I’ve come to understand is this…

Happiness doesn’t disappear—
it gets covered.

Covered by stress…
by old patterns…
by the parts of us that are still healing.

So on this International Happiness Day,
I’m not here to tell you to “just be happy.”

I’m here to invite you to come back to yourself.

To pause long enough to ask:

✨ What does happiness actually mean to me?
✨ Am I living in alignment with that?
✨ Or am I letting life, people, or old stories define it for me?

Because your definition of happiness shapes your entire life.

And right now, for me…
happiness looks like:

✨ Being honest with myself
✨ Acknowledging where I’m still growing
✨ Bringing light to my shadows instead of avoiding them
✨ Choosing not to abandon myself in the process

It’s not always light.
It’s not always easy.

But it’s real.

And I believe this is where true happiness begins—
not in forcing a feeling…
but in creating a relationship with yourself that feels safe, honest, and whole.

So if today doesn’t feel “happy”…

You’re not behind.
You’re not doing it wrong.

Maybe today is simply about:

Pausing.
Breathing.
Softening.
Listening.

And allowing yourself to reconnect—
even just a little.

Because happiness isn’t something outside of you…
it’s something within you that’s waiting to be seen, felt, and reclaimed.

Today… and every day…
we return.

If I’m radiant now, it’s not because life was easy.

It’s because I refused to close my heart.

And that… that feels powerful.

Radiant at 50 isn’t about age.

It’s about the glow of a woman who has been through the fire —
and decided to love anyway.
