We’re so excited to officially welcome Dr. Lindsay McKenzie ND, MSc of Habitual Health Clinic to ALIGN 🤎

Lindsay is a licensed naturopathic doctor with a background in nutritional science who is deeply passionate about helping people feel more balanced, energized, connected to their bodies, and supported in their long-term health.

Her approach blends functional testing, nutrition, lifestyle support, and targeted supplementation to create realistic, sustainable care that actually fits into everyday life.

She supports patients navigating:

• gut concerns
• low energy + stress
• thyroid + autoimmune conditions
• skin concerns
