🟡⚫️ Technical Lead U9 - U11 Coach Hernani

"At Mundial FC, our philosophy is clear: our priority at this stage is not simply winning matches, but creating the ideal environment for players to be challenged, grow, and develop their abilities.

While achieving positive results is certainly rewarding, we believe that winning should be a natural outcome of the quality of our play, our collective understanding of the game, and the individual development of our players.

Our focus is on building confident, intelligent, and technically capable footballers who are continuously challenged to reach their full potential.

Development comes first. Results will follow."
