UPDATED schedule for Westar Farms Horse Lovers' Weekend Trillium & Bronze Show - July 18-19

Congratulations to all riders and horses competitng at Westar Farms Summer Dressage Show, July 11-12. Thanks for joining us and we hope to see you at the next show on August 8-9.

Wow! Look what Orange Horse Studio has just added to the Best Costume Winner of the Vision Saddlery Hunter Derbies at Westar Farms Horse Lovers' Weekend Trillium & Bronze Show - July 18-19.

Riders - stop by the the Orange Horse Pop-Up Studio in the indoor arena on Sunday to sign up for a portrait session.

For Westar Farms Horse Lovers' Weekend Trillium & Bronze Show - July 18-19 - ALL JUMPER DIVISIONS will be on sand (newly expanded East Ring) on SATURDAY.
As previously noted, jumper competitors can make an entry, scratch or adjust an entry with no late fee or scratch fee until Sunday, July 12 at 9:00 pm (late fees will be reversed or admin fee refunded).

Other schedule updates:
CHILDREN'S HUNTER 2'3"/2'6" will move to SUNDAY

The Vision Saddlery MODIFIED HUNTER DERBY and OPEN HUNTER DERBY
(costumes welcome but not mandatory) will run on Sunday in the GRAND PRIX RING.

Check out the ribbons for The Vision Saddlery SADDLERY COSTUME HUNTER DERBIES taking place at Westar Farms Horse Lovers' Weekend Trillium & Bronze Show - July 18-19. You've gotta love the fancy neck ribbons for the top costumes. You've still got time to get crafting! This class is run under the Bronze EC license so all show competitors are eligible. You don't need to wear a costume to be eligible to ride in either derby.
Did you know that Vision Saddlery is awarding a VISION MODEL T PLUS the top series rider/horse combination?

Also at the show, another chance to qualify for the WESTAR FARMS BRONZE EQUITATION RIDE-OFF at DERBY DAY on September 6. The top 6 competitors from the Bronze Equitation Flat, Bronze Equitation Over Fences and .75m Jumper Medal at the 3 Westar Shows (including Derby Day) will be invited to compete in an equitation ride-off (no entry fee).

Thanks to everyone who provided feedback for our Westar Farms Horse Lovers' Weekend Trillium & Bronze Show - July 18-19 survey. There are many factors involved in making the decision where to run the classes and until entries close, we can't make a final decision. That being said, we don't expect to move classes to Friday for this show.

In order for us to gauge entry numbers, we ask that competitors make their jumper entries based on the expectation that the classes will run in the grass rings on the weekend. Once the schedule is posted (Friday, July 10), we will provide 24 hours for jumpers to make an entry or cancel their entry with no penalty (no late fee/no scratch fee). We are doing a quick competitor and coach survey asking if those competing in the upcoming Westar Farms Horse Lovers' Weekend Trillium & Bronze Show - July 18-19 prefer the jumper classes to be on grass on Saturday, 18th (.65m, .75m, .85m) and Sunday, 19th (.90m, 1.0m/1.10m) or on sand (all divisions) on Friday, July 17th. Please PM if you are a jumper competitor or coach.
