📌 HIGH STANDARDS, BETTER RESULTS
11 athletes to Bronze Gloves and Provincials, 10 into the finals, 6 golds (3 Provincial and 3 Bronze Gloves) , 4 silvers, and 2 Best Boxer awards - and it’s thanks to these athletes’ patience and trusting the process. At our gym you won’t be the quickest to sparring and you won’t be competing early, and that’s on purpose - we hold you there until the fundamentals are actually sound, because the goal is never to get you in the ring fast, it’s to make sure that when you finally step in you’re over prepared and performing a level above your experience. Trust the process, trust yourself, and trust that your coaches trust you - high standards, better results. So proud of this team.
Beginners don’t know how long it takes to be good at this sport. Shauna O’Callaghan 🇮🇪🕷️ is a 10x national champion, been boxing for 15 years consistently. That’s 780 weeks of coming to the gym every week, doing your sparring, doing your training and all the extras. That’s what allowed her to dominate her fight with one hand when her shoulder popped out in the fight. That’s what allowed her to be calm despite the pain and freak injury. That’s what allows her to keep improving after all these years. It takes time.

Marcus does it all - 2x sparring, 3x strength days, 2x team, plus conditioning, extra solo boxing work, mental prep and journaling. And he’s been doing that consistently for years - no complaining or allowing lack of motivation to steer him off his discipline. His growth isn’t an accident, it’s patience and effort.

Everyone speaks of Matvii’s talent, but behind that talent is consistent work ethic. This kid doesn’t miss practices. Talent alone doesn’t take you through the higher levels, weight class and weight category changes. Only hard work can bridge the gap. He’s far different than the kid who walked into the gym 2 years ago. He has grown so much thanks to his consistenc
