We are a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming martial arts academy for everyone ages 5 and up. We offer kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA), as well as personal training and group fitness. We have recreational and competitive options.

We've been busy this week! We didn't get everything done that we wanted to, but we hit all of our priorities! (Don't ask Nicole about the power washer 🙃🫠).

A year ago, my friend's child was diagnosed with cancer. She founded the brand Benched to raise money for childhood cancer research.

Huge congratulations to our assistant coach, Rian, on his high school graduation!
Rian is fantastic with the kids and has been a huge reason why we've been able to grow our kids programs this year.
