The new season is almost here!

Classes start on 🗓️MONDAY SEPTEMBER 7🗓️. This is LABOUR DAY MONDAY, everyone!! We don’t normally hold class on Statutory Holidays, but we couldn’t wait this year.

We still have spots in some classes! Beginner and Advanced alike, across all different styles. Come join in the fun!!

We have some ‼️NEW CLASSES‼️ on the schedule for Fall Term!

Many of our classes are OVERBOOKED already, so we’ve got some new ones on the schedule for you to enjoy:

🩰Novice Ballet B - Thursdays, 6:30 - 7:30 pm
🩰Inter. Ballet B - Tuesdays, 6:15 - 7:30 pm
🩰Int/Adv. Ballet - Wednesdays, 5:15 - 6:30 pm

This is the ABSOLUTE LIMIT of classes we can put on the schedule for this term - when spots run out, they’ll be gone for good!

🍃If you’re already registered in Novice or Inter. Ballet A and you want to switch to a B class, just send us a message and we’ll get it done. You’ll earn a $10 credit for helping us out!

🍃If you want to ADD an extra Ballet class to your enrollment, you’ll get a $25 Credit off your monthly fees for the second class! Commit and save 🫰🏻

We had so many registrations come in before the deadline for our giveaway, it took us a few days to get through everything!

We are thrilled to announce that 🎉KATHY H🎉 is the lucky winner of her FIRST month of dance FREE!!

Kathy has been dancing with us in our Wednesday afternoon 🤍Silver Linings Ballet🤍 class for a few years now. This is a Novice/Intermediate-level Ballet class designed specially for ages 50+. We move at a gentler pace, we don’t do any fast spins or quick jumps, and we explore the history and artistry of Ballet. We love having Kathy in class on Wednesday afternoons and we’re so excited to gift her this first month free!

🏁STUDIO PIT STOP🏁 - This WED SEP 2, 5:30 - 9:30pm

Come join us for some floor taping, couch cleaning, and fall decorating at the studio THIS WEDNESDAY EVENING!

This is a great way to come meet some new friends, chat with the Owner about upcoming Fall Registration, or catch up with your classmates after the summer break.

There will be pizza, cookies, hot & cold drinks, and lots of good tunes! This is a Come & Go event, so feel free to drop by any time to check out the space, help out a little bit, and chat about class options.

Of course, you can expect to see Bluebell there supervising 🐺👷🏻‍♀️

Tomorrow is our LAST Summer Workshop of the 💮EMBODIED MIND💮 series. Where did the summer go??

Tomorrow we will be learning about the Body Batteries, based on the Hindu Chakra System. Learning about the Body Batteries can help us understand why we feel so drained when we get a full night’s sleep, or help us organize our tasks throughout the week to maximize our energy. This Workshop starts with a 45 minute lecture with slides, followed by a 30 minute Moving Meditation with gentle stretching, and finishes with some short Homework prompts you can take with you to keep practicing.
