We spent the weekend building your summer bucket list ☀️
Between Rolling Roast pop-ups, Patio Flow, VERSŌ On Demand, IRL, Pilates + Pints at The Wharf, Ō Fest and more, there are so many reasons to move, get outside, keep it local, and connect with community.
Swipe through, save the dates and share it with your friends!
See you out there 👋

The secret benefit of Rhythmic Spin? 👀👇
For 45 minutes, you don't have to think about anything else.
The lights go down.
The music turns up.
The room moves together.
Suddenly, your to-do list can wait.

We built VERSŌ because we wanted movement to feel different.
Less pressure.
Less comparison.
Less focus on changing who you are.
More joy.
More connection.
More movement that fits into real life.
Every decision we make, from the classes we create to the way we welcome people through our doors, is guided by that vision.
We're really proud of the community we've built together. 🤍

In a world that's always asking for more, Yin asks you to do less.
And somehow, that's the hardest part. Slowing down doesn't come naturally for most of us. Your mind wanders, you start counting down the seconds until the next pose. This isn't a sign that you're bad at Yin, it's actually the reason this practice exists.
Yin is slow, deep holds and long exhales. It's where you land after a hard workout, a hard week, or a day where your nervous system needs somewhere to come down.
Stillness is a skill. Yin is where you build it.
