Jazzercise is the original dance fitness program created by Judi Sheppard Missett in 1968. The workout program, which offers a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, pilates, yoga and kickboxing movements, has positively affected millions of people worldwide. Thank you to Jazzercise Thornhill for being there and filling the room with so much love. Retiring after 19 years of ownership has not been easy but your emotional outpouring has certainly softened the blow. I had the time of my life. To say emotions reached volcanic proportions on this party day might be an understatement. I have loved my time with all of you-instructors, class managers, members and friends. Thank you for everything. You have touched my heart forever. I have had the time of my life. I look forward to dancing with you as classes continue on. It was a bittersweet day to see our instructor Dawne teach her last class. She taught a fabulous, fun class going down memory lane. After 17 years of teaching it was a very sad day for Jazzercise Thornhill. We will cherish all the memories we made with her dancing and shaking those hips in her classes. What a milestone it was! This weekend we celebrated our instructor Claudia’s 30th anniversary as a Jazzercise instructor. Her energy, enthusiasm, commitment and dedication are inspirational to us all. We love your classes, Claudia and we look forward to many more hours on the dance floor with you, our energizer bunny. Our team teaching events, which comprised two exceptional party classes, were a resounding success last weekend. It was mother and daughter partying at class today. Tikki and her mom Peggy were hot on the dance floor. It was Peggy’s last day at Jazzercise Thornhill before heading back to Macau. It was so great having you join us for our classes, Peggy. We’re sad to see you leave but we look forward to seeing you again in 6 months. 🥰💃💕
