The Thunder Bay Rowing Club is a non-profit amateur sports club dedicated to the introduction and development of rowing. Our goals are to foster the importance of regular physical activity, sportsmanship, teamwork and commitment. Our programs present the sport of rowing in a safe, enjoyable setting with professionally qualified coaches. We offer opportunities for all ages and levels in our club from novice to competitive and recreational rowing.

Congrats to our HS rowers on their performances so far at the CSSRA Regatta in St. Catherine’s! We are so proud of this group for all of the hard work and dedication they’ve put in to prepare for this regatta.
We are excited to showcase their efforts on home water this coming Saturday, June 13th! There will be races from 7am-3pm, as well as our annual Legacy vs Legends Alumni Race happening at 2 pm!
There will be food, raffle prizes, and a 50/50 draw, so make sure to come out and support our HS group!

Thunder Bay’s second annual Indoor Rowing Championships at Superior CrossFit was a huge success!
Congratulations to all 25 athletes who competed—an incredible effort all around. It was especially inspiring to see so many new junior athletes step up and take on the challenge!
A special thank you to Olympian Abby Dent for coming out to support our competitors and for sharing her rowing journey with everyone. Your presence made the day even more memorable!
