We have lots of different mold shapes available for skateboard building, and we can cut custom molds to your exact specifications!
Foam is great for building skateboard molds because it is light, easy to shape and modify, inexpensive, and works well in a vacuum bag. https://www.roarockit.ca/foam.html

To generate enough pressure over such a small area, we have designed a unique Launchpad which increases the applied pressure by 30 times!
As we did when we invented the one-sided mold method for making custom full size skateboards, you can fully customize your fingerboards!
We offer Preshaped Kits for beginners, Multiboard Kits for more customization, and Pro Kits with a modular mold so you can build any board you dream of!
