You donโt always need a full workout to help your body feel better.
Even 5 minutes of recovery movement can already help reduce stiffness sa leeg, likod, at balikat; especially if matagal kang nakaupo or stressed the whole day.
You can try:

โ๏ธ shoulder rolls
โ๏ธ cat-cow stretch
โ๏ธ standing forward fold
โ๏ธ light walking or mobility work
Small movement breaks throughout the day can improve circulation, reduce tension, and help your body recover better.
