That’s because, any time I’ve gone to do any of these things, there was no part of me that was like:
“I’M READY!!!!”

NO, I showed up, palms sweaty mom’s spaghetti, pep talking and hyping myself up and reminding myself that I AM RACHEL FRIGGEN MOLENDA AND IVE GOT THIS.
But expertise aside, I did have these 2 key assets – that I believe, even if you aren’t the best at something – you will have everyone beat if you have these 2 things:
1. Authenticity (aka your ability to be the youest YOU)
2. Excitement
No one wants to see the perfectly curated polished version.
Give them the real real and I promise you, your phone won’t stop ringing.
