Welcoming ATHLETE .mariel to the HS Team
We have been hard at work these past two months, and Katie is one of the hardest-working athletes I have ever had the pleasure of training. She is an absolute workhorse who is always striving to improve, and I am extremely excited to see what we can accomplish together.
Following a comprehensive biomechanical assessment, our targeted training strategy focuses on three key pillars to optimize her equestrian performance:
Restoring Hip Mobility: Unlocking joint restriction to enhance seat depth, fluid movement, and clear communication with the horse.
Correcting Asymmetry: Utilizing unilateral training to eliminate structural imbalances and establish perfect symmetry in the saddle.
Maximizing Core Stability: Refining her brace position to eliminate energy leaks, protect the spine, and secure absolute positional control.
Her horse is a powerhouse with a massive stride, and the sky is truly the limit for this duo. Katieās program is intensely and specifically tailored around her horseās unique needs from a rider perspective, ensuring she can achieve exactly what is necessary to succeed in the ring.ļæ½
Welcome to the team, Katie!

Balancing sleepless nights, an expanding team, and showing up for 70+ athletes demands everything I have.
My focus is entirely on helping them achieve their dreams. But truth? The real anchor of this entire journey is the horse that shows up unconditionally for me during every single ride.
This business has a million moving parts, but its heartbeat belongs to the silent partnership that grounds me every day. š¤

I received a note today from a coach: āI have a student, ambitious to do Young Riders; she was wondering if youāre interested in more clients?ā
This inquiry is the exact reason Halt Square exists.
Success in the ring is a complex puzzle, there are so many factors that influence the outcome. Often, the hurdles an athlete faces in the saddle cannot be fixed with more riding aloneāthey require targeted, intentional support off the horse.
At Halt Square, our mission is twofold:
1. To help athletes realize they can achieve exponentially more when also focusing on themselves as an athlete.
2. To ensure coaches realize they are not alone on the journey with their students.
We donāt just work with athletes; we partner with coaches to become a dedicated support team.
We step in to address the biomechanical āsticking pointsā that are difficult to fix from the saddle.
The result? A new level of training. Athletes gain a profound understanding of how their own body creates a specific āfeel,ā and coaches see their technical work translate more quickly into results.
Together, we create a plan that becomes a shortcut to the partnershipās success.

Everyone meet HS Athlete Geena, splitting her time between Massachusetts and Wellington. šŗšøš¤
We are coming up to finishing our first month working together and all I can say is, Geena has tunnel vision on accomplishing her goals in and out of the saddle.
Swipe left to see her āwhy.ā
I somehow find the most incredible athletes to work with. Geena shows nothing but hard work and dedication to her sport, family, and horses.
Geena is coming back from just having her sweet baby girl. She wanted to bounce back as fast as possible but safely under the guidance of HS. We will be working very closely together and monitoring every change in the saddle and in the gym.
Welcome to the team, Geena! We look forward to helping you achieve your dreams and become a strong mom.

HS ATHLETE
Halt Square welcomed Monika to our team this past month, and I can confidently say she embodies the definition of a hardworking and dedicated equestrian, passionately pursuing her dreams. Although weāve only worked together for a short time, she is truly someone to admire.
We train early in the morning, while most are still sleeping, before she begins her long day in the cold. Monika shows up ready to work and has demonstrated improvement each week.
Welcome to the team, Monika! We are excited to see what the future holds for you.

New HS ATHLETE, .houlton
Over the past two years, Iāve had the privilege of sponsoring an extraordinary Polo Tournament, where I met Mollyāa true powerhouse on the field. Her talent and passion for the sport have left a lasting impression, and Iām excited to be part of her journey this season.
Having taken the winter off, Molly is now focused on peak condition. Together, weāll enhance her strength and agility, ensuring she becomes an even more formidable presence on the field. My goal is to help her reach new heights while prioritizing injury prevention.

Working with Megan Glynn and Halt Square has taken my riding to a whole new level. Their program is tailored to my individual needs.

A huge shoutout to our high-performance athlete, for her remarkable accomplishments this past weekend at WEC!
āWhat an incredible weekend in Ocala! All three boys were absolute stars.
Glenny was fantastic both days in the 3*, finishing 3rd in both classes with a standout 68% in the Special. Dobby delivered two solid Grand Prix tests, finishing 2nd and 1st. I was especially proud of how much heās maturedāboth in the ring and throughout the show. Matteoās first overnight was a complete success, and I couldnāt be prouder of how confidently he handled a brand-new environment
Huge thank you to .michelle011 for her dedication to keeping the boys happy and in top form. for the exceptional coaching. Always keeping the horses and me in sync and moving forward as a team. So grateful to an incredibly talented and kind human who keeps me feeling strong, confident, and competition-ready. And of course, thank you to the best husband. From grazing horses to washing the whites, I truly couldnāt do this crazy life without you ā¦And if you heard any dogs barking their heads off in the hotel... it definitely wasnāt mine!ā
It has truly been an honor to work closely with Chase. Her success is no coincidence; it stems from her unwavering dedication and commitment. She shows up three times a week, fully prepared to tackle her weaknesses in the saddle in the gym. Chase understands that with hard work comes results, and she consistently puts in the effort to ensure her achievements reflect that.
Congrats Chase, bring on 2026 š®āšØ
