What started as “just 4 weeks of training” somehow turned into SIX YEARS of laughs, sweat, strength and the absolute best community 🩷

Things that I think about when you come to one of my Group Fitness Classes or Personal Training Sessions.
Thank you for showing up, especially on the hard days. You chose to do something not to be your best… but to feel a little better.
I love when, in a group session when participants encourage each. Something shifts when you realize someone else feels the way you do, or when they encourage you because they know you can do something that you might not feel in that moment.
When I notice someone smiling to themselves, I know they just did something they didn’t think they could.
When a regular brings a friend because they want them to experience the feeling of a “Nara Class.” It means our sessions are more than a workout-it’s something worth sharing.
And when someone says thank you at the end-it’s more than the class. It’s because they did something that made them feel good, accomplished, strong and connected.
Watching people grow, push, laugh, support one another and keep coming back inspires me every class. A “Nara Class” is about confidence, healing , community and fun. That feeling stays long after the class ends.

Daily Motivation
Progress isn’t loud or dramatic most days. It’s quiet, consistent effort-showing up when it would be easier not to. That is where real change happens.
If your mind feels cluttered focus on just three things:
1. One thing you must do.
2. One thing that moves you closer to your goals.
3. One thing that makes you feel a little better.

Heard these tips the other day and wanted to share
Jealousy is information—it’s showing you what you want. Instead of resisting it, reframe it: I love that for you… and I want that for me too.
Then take aligned action to go after it.
Never keep a kind word to yourself.
Say it. Share it. You never know how deeply your words might impact someone’s day—or their life.
Embarrassment is a choice.
Truthfully, no one is thinking about you as much as you are. So take the leap. Do the thing that feels uncomfortable—that’s where growth lives.
Swap “I have to” for “I get to.”
Your everyday life is on someone else’s vision board. Start seeing it through that lens—and watch your perspective shift.
