Choose your hard

06/18/2026

You’re not lazy.

You’re exhausted.

And that’s exactly why the weight isn’t coming off.

Most women I speak to are running on caffeine, grabbing whatever food is quickest, putting everyone else’s needs first, and wondering why they have no energy left for themselves.

That was Laura.

Every day felt like a battle.

She’d wake up tired.
Crash in the afternoon.
Promise herself she’d start again on Monday.
Then repeat the cycle.

Not because she lacked motivation.

Because her body was running on empty.

So we didn’t start by slashing calories.
We didn’t add hours of cardio.
We didn’t make her cut out all her favourite foods.

We fixed the real problem.

We gave her structure.
We improved her nutrition.
We focused on foods that supported her energy instead of draining it.

And everything changed.

More energy.
Better workouts.
Fewer cravings.
More confidence.

The result?

10kg lost.

But more importantly…

She stopped feeling like she was constantly fighting her own body.

Here’s the truth most diets ignore:

You can’t expect yourself to stay consistent when you’re exhausted all the time.

Low energy leads to poor food choices.
Poor food choices lead to frustration.
Frustration leads to quitting.

And the cycle continues.

Fat loss isn’t just about eating less.

It’s about creating a body that has the energy to actually follow through.

If you’re tired of feeling stuck, tired of starting over, and tired of putting yourself last…

I’m looking for 5 women this month who are ready to finally take control of their health, energy, and confidence.

You’re not addicted to snacking.

You’re exhausted.

Every night it’s the same cycle, you were “good” all day, you restricted, you pushed through… and then the evening hits and it all falls apart.

Here’s what nobody tells you:

The problem isn’t your evening. It started at breakfast.

When you spend the whole day under-eating, ignoring hunger, and relying on willpower, your body will always come to collect.

It’s not a discipline problem.
It’s a structure problem.

And structure is something you can fix.

DM me EVENING and I’ll send you the simple fix that stops the cycle for good, without cutting out foods you love or spending hours in the kitchen.

This is for the women who are doing everything “right” and still feel like they’re failing every night. You’re not failing. You just haven’t had the right plan yet.

Still blaming “stubborn belly fat”?

Love how this photo turned out.

Complete accident, by the way. 😅

But the transformation wasn’t.

Summer is here, and right now a lot of people are wishing they started sooner.

Thomas did.

While most people were telling themselves why they couldn’t lose weight, Thomas was finding ways to make it happen.

He worked away for 2–4 weeks at a time.

No kitchen.

No gym.

10+ hours a day sitting down.

The perfect excuse to stay out of shape.

Yet he still lost fat consistently.

Why?

🔺 We built a plan around his lifestyle.
🔺 He followed it.
🔺 He stopped negotiating with himself.

No magic.

No detoxes.

No “fat-burning” supplements.

Just consistent ex*****on.

Now he’s leaner, stronger, more confident, and looks like a completely different person.

The truth?

Your schedule isn’t the problem.

Your kids aren’t the problem.

Your job isn’t the problem.

The problem is believing you need perfect conditions before you start.

You don’t.

You need a plan that works in the real world.

DM me a 🎯 and let’s build one.

Another week in the 💼

Another solid week following the plan.

Weight is down from 81.65kg → 75.58kg, and I’m starting to really notice the difference now. Feeling leaner, looking leaner, and overall just feeling better.

The next 8 days will be the biggest challenge of the cut so far.

I’m heading to the World Cup to watch England, and while it’s going to be an amazing experience, I’m under no illusions that it’ll be the perfect fat-loss environment. There’ll be plenty of bad food, alcohol, late nights, and opportunities to go completely off track.

But this is where balance and control matter most.

My goal isn’t to lose more fat while I’m away.
My goal is simply not to go massively backwards.

A few rules I’ll be sticking to:

• 3 meals + 1 snack per day
• Protein with every meal
• Focus on food quality rather than obsessing over numbers
• Keep some structure, even when the environment isn’t ideal

Will it be perfect? No.
Will it be a disaster? Also no.

Fat loss isn’t about being perfect every single day. It’s about managing the periods that could easily throw you off course.

Socially, it’s been a great period too. Last weekend was spent at the Canadian Open Golf, and now it’s 8 days at the World Cup watching England.

Enjoy the experience, keep some control, then come home and finish the job.

That’s the plan. 👊

Onto another one.

LFG 🙌🏻
