Focused Studios caters to busy parents with an active child, and adults with hectic schedules eager to get moving. You shouldn’t have to stress about building fitness and fun into your daily routine. Our classes are primarily drop-in style dance or fitness classes for both children and adults. As we’re in the early stages of launching, we have many fun class ideas and setups on the way!

A little bit of why we choose to bring Blume into the studio 🤎

At Focused, we’re all about movement, but we’re also about the little things that make you feel good outside the studio.

We love that Blume’s superfood lattes fit into those everyday moments. A matcha before class, a cozy latte for after or just a little something to enjoy while hanging around the studio.

One whole year of Focused 🎯

What a year it has been. From the first classes to the countless combos, sweaty workouts, laughs, community milestones, and memories made in this space - we truly couldn’t have imagined a more wonderful first year.

Focused has become so much more than a studio. It’s the people who walk through our doors, cheer each other on, dance their hearts out, and continue to make this community what it is.

We are so incredibly grateful for every single person who has been a part of this first year. Thank you for filling this space with so much energy, love, and laughter 🤍

Here’s to year one and to many more classes, celebrations, and memories to come. We can’t wait to see what the next chapter holds!

This month’s MFPs are a true dynamic duo! From day one, they have shown up with so much consistency, enthusiasm, and excitement to be part of the Focused community. They are always dancing their hearts out, getting excited for every new combo, and pushing themselves to try something new in every Dance Fit class.

Beyond the dance floor, they are some of the studios’ biggest supporters. They truly believe in the vision behind this space and are always cheering us on as we grow our community.
