Toronto is getting ready to welcome the world 🏆⚽

As FIFA World Cup matches come to Exhibition Place this summer, road closures and increased traffic around will impact access to the studio on select dates.

To help everyone plan ahead, our final class on match days will be 12:00 PM.

Please review the schedule and allow extra travel time if you’re joining us during the tournament period.

If you’ve been thinking about getting upside down, or even just getting a little more comfortable being there, this is your entry point.

4-week Handstand Series breaks things down into something you can actually build on. Strength, alignment, awareness… layered week by week so it feels progressive, not overwhelming.

Whether you’re brand new or refining what’s already there, you’ll be guided through the fundamentals in a way that meets you where you are and moves you forward from there.
