What muscles do Banded Kickbacks work?

Glutes: kickbacks are one of the best exercises for working your glute muscles, including the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and the gluteus minimus 🍑
Hamstrings: This exercise activates the hamstrings on the back of your legs as you lift them behind you.
Core: Your core acts as a stabilizer during kickbacks. Remember to keep your core engaged throughout this exercise.

There are days where even I don’t feel the energy to exercise. You don’t have to be so rigid with your workout routine. Following your body and energy levels is key to staying on track. On the days you’re not feeling it start with a gentle flow or stretch for 5 to 10 minutes (you may surprise yourself and really enjoy it and before you know it 20-40 minutes has passed 😉) or opt to doing a full mat toning class where laying down seems more appealing😀 And if all else fails, a meditative walk in nature is always good for the soul and the mind😆
