Vietnam, you moved us. In the best way.
30 women. 27 of them had never been to Vietnam before, and they booked the trip anyway. They got on a plane and trusted us with something they had never done before. We are so glad they did.
These women came in carrying the weight of their everyday lives. The responsibilities, the noise, the invisible load that never quite gets put down. But somewhere between the warm air, the slow mornings, and the food that genuinely made people emotional, they started to set it down. Piece by piece.
Vietnam held us in a way we weren’t prepared for. The food, the streets of Hội An, the warmth of the people there. It was everything.
The first Villij Retreat is one we will never forget.
This was only the beginning.

Think of it like planning a birthday party for your nervous system.
We’ve hosted over 200 women through the Soundscape. Some left in tears. Some couldn’t find words. Most just said they finally felt like themselves again.
Our next Soundscape is Sunday, April 26. If you know someone who needs this, you might be the reason they find it.

two brands. one mission. one very special evening. ✨🤎
We are so excited to announce Soundscape Experience x Sana Crown — a beautiful collision of sound healing, community, and conscious luxury.
Sana Crown is a Toronto-based social enterprise jewelry brand founded by the incredible Sana Ahmed. Her pieces are rooted in the stories of women — drawing from African and Middle Eastern heritage — and every purchase supports the education of young women in Ethiopia. Radiant pieces, lasting impact.
This evening, we’re pairing the stillness of a sound bath with the beauty of Sana Crown’s collections because healing looks and feels like so many things.

10 years ago, we were just two coworkers having lunch together and yapping about wellness.
These conversations created room to share what we loved about the industry, but also what we wish could be improved for women of colour.
In 2017, we decided to do something about it - hosting events in Montreal, then eventually in Toronto.
Over the years, we’ve been able to serve our community both online & offline through various events, workshops, and now at our studio.
In 10 years, we’ve served over 10,000 women of colour. Every week, 70-100 women walk through our doors.
We’re honoured to be able to create room for women of colour to move and connect in a space that was made for them.
Thank you for building this village with us.
With love, Kim & Shanelle 🤎

Sis, we’re heading to the movies next Thursday, February 12, and we’re bringing you with us. And guess what we’re watching? CRIME 101 ( )
Set against the sun-bleached grit of Los Angeles, Crime 101 weaves the tale of an elusive jewel thief (Chris Hemsworth) whose string of heists along the 101 freeway have mystified police. When he eyes the score of a lifetime, his path crosses that of a disillusioned insurance broker (Halle Berry) who is facing her own crossroads. Convinced he has found a pattern, a relentless detective (Mark Ruffalo) is closing in, raising the stakes even higher. As the heist approaches, the line between hunter and hunted begins to blur, and all three are faced with life-defining choices–and the realization that there can be no turning back.
So here’s how to win two(2) tickets to the advance screening:
