I'm Ezzedin Omar. I'm a personal trainer who mainly trains the general population to help improve their quality of movement among other goals. I utilize weight training, calisthenics, kettlebells and HIIT to train my clients. What I like most about my job is having a positive influence on the lives of my clients and hearing about how much more they are getting from their favourite activities by improving their fitness.
