Hi, I’m Claudia!
A personal trainer and online fitness coach based in Toronto, helping women lose weight, build muscle, and feel confident from the inside out. 💪💖
Fitness has been a huge part of my life. I spent 15 years as a competitive dancer, which taught me discipline, body awareness, and the importance of moving with purpose.
Later, I took on a new challenge and stepped on stage for my first bikini bodybuilding competition, pushing myself mentally and physically to new levels.
