Thank you, Afterglow family. 🧡

Last night was a beautiful reminder of what makes this community so special. As we gathered to celebrate 10 years of movement, connection, and community, we couldn’t help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude.

Over the past decade, we’ve shared so much more than classes together. We’ve celebrated milestones, supported each other through challenges, formed lasting friendships, and created a space where everyone belongs. What started as a studio has become a community, and that is because of each and every one of you.

Thank you for showing up,not just for our anniversary celebration, but for the past 10 years. Thank you for bringing your energy, your trust, your kindness, and your presence into this space. You are the heart of Afterglow.

Sun’s out… finally ☀️

Classes are stacked, the energy is high, and the studio is calling.
Move your body, grab a smoothie, and take it down to the boardwalk 🌊

It’s a good day to have a good day.

Happy Sunday, glow fam ✨

If it brings you joy, it’s not a waste.
If it brings you peace, it’s not too much.
If it fills your cup, it’s worth it every single time ✨

Move your body. Take the class. Stay a little longer.
This is your permission slip 💫

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, the Downward Dog Pose (Adho Mukha Svanasana) is a must for grounding and energizing your body.

This classic pose stretches the hamstrings, strengthens your arms and shoulders, and can even help calm your mind.

🧘‍♀️ Tip: Focus on your breath as you lengthen through your spine and root your hands firmly into the mat. Let go of any tension in your neck and shoulders, and enjoy the moment!
