So wonderful that the Durham Mountain Biking Association Memorial Ride for Steve Snoddon will end at the Trails Discovery Day Event at Elgin Park! Uxbridge Trail Discovery Day / Steve Snoddon Memorial Ride - Saturday, June 6th
Uxbridge is celebrating its Trails Discovery Day, and the DMBA will be on-site at Elgin Park. We will be celebrating our long-time trail builder extraordinaire, Steve Snoddon, with a memorial ride of the Uxbridge town loop, many of the very trails Steve put so much of himself into.
This ride will depart from the DMBA tent at 9:00 am sharp. Please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to complete the mandatory ride waiver.

Thank you to our Earth Day clean-up volunteers 🌎🗑️
With about 40 volunteers cleaning up South Balsam, John McCutcheon/TCT, Barton Trail, and Countryside Preserve trails, approximately 40 bags of litter were removed from our trails.
A special shoutout to each trail captain for their efforts throughout the week, and to the scouts for coming out in such great numbers to support the clean-up!
While not everyone who contributed is pictured, we appreciate every single person who helped make a difference.

Can You Find Our Trail Gnomes, Willow & Fern? 🌿
There’s a bit of magic on the trails! Two curious little gnomes, Willow and Fern, have come to explore the Trail Capital of Canada and have made themselves right at home among the trees and winding paths of the Countryside Preserve.
Keep your eyes open as you hike, you never know where you might spot them. These quiet little travelers bring a touch of wonder to those who find them.
📸 Say hello and snap a photo!
Willow and Fern enjoy meeting fellow adventurers. If you find them, take a picture together and share it with us at [email protected]
so we can see where they’ve been discovered.
✨ A gentle reminder:
Please leave Willow and Fern where you find them so that others can enjoy the fun of discovering them too.
Happy trails and happy gnome hunting! 🏞️
