✨ Recovery classes update ✨
5:35pm class on Monday nights is now a 60 minute class in order to add a 10 minute recovery session with foam rollers, massage balls &/or assisted stretching equipment.
Sunday recovery session new time is 11:30 am!
This allows members to do a workout followed by a 40 minute recovery session within the 2 hour free parking.
Unlimited members can do up to two classes per day. Two credits are required for session memberships or class packs.

Core training isn’t just about holding a plank and calling it a day 💤 your core is designed to move, stabilize, and adapt in every direction your body goes.
That’s where dynamic core work comes in. Instead of isolating one muscle group at a time, we flow through movements that challenge the entire system 🙌🏻 from the deep stabilizers like the transverse abdominis, to the obliques, re**us abdominis, and even the muscles supporting your spine and hips.
