Why AquaFit? 💦
AquaFit is a mix of strength and cardio with the added benefit of water resistance. Not only does water aerobics burn calories and increase muscle strength, but it also builds endurance and reduces pressure on your joints.
AquaFit classes take place in the pool, but don't need to be a swimmer - since our pool is shallow, you can always have one foot on the bottom. Check out the link in our bio for the class schedule!

We’re closing out this round of Clinic Series on April 30th with Harley, exploring how strength training supports long-term joint health and mobility.
This is strength training for longevity. Harley breaks down the science of joint health and how properly dosed resistance training helps maintain cartilage function and supports long-term movement quality.
