Today we’re shining the spotlight on Coach Prince.

Prince first walked through the doors of Westshore Boxing 5 years ago as a member, drawn in by what was (and still is) the only true boxing gym in Langford 🥊

Through consistency, hard work, and a genuine passion for the sport, Prince worked his way up to becoming one of our coaches 👊

Along the way, he built strong connections with the community, motivating others just as much as they motivated him.

If you’ve taken a class with Prince, you already know : He brings the ENERGY ⚡️ He’s one of our most vocal coaches and isn’t afraid to push you to WORK.

Whether it’s through sharp drills or constant encouragement, you’ll leave his class knowing you gave it everything you had.

He’s also one of the first to arrive and the last to leave… usually squeezing in a few extra med ball throws before calling it a day 😉
