What happens when 15 competitive BPM staff members commit to a 30-day fitness challenge? 🤯
In April, we tracked our daily grind and logged over 4.8 million steps, covering roughly 3,500 km in a single month! To put that in perspective, that’s like running halfway across Canada, surviving 83 marathons, or tackling 700 HYROX races.
We put in the work and burned around 250,000 calories along the way. Right now we’re in the midst of another challenge, the winner of May’s will be revealed soon. But the real question is… what should we try for June’s challenge?
