I’m learning how to take the lessons and apply them to the things I can control rather than aimless negative self talk. Heal the mind, feed the soul and transform the body.

You will never succeed long term with your fitness goals until you understand how to eat for longevity, health AND pleasure.
There’s no workout plan that will EVER be able to overcome or outweigh what you fuel your body with.
It’s not rocket science. Take the time to incorporate whole foods you enjoy, stop chasing shortcuts and stay consistent. You got this 🤞🏾

Day 2 - Brampton Group came with energy ! I loved the enthusiasm from the kids learning more about their bodies and why it’s important to exercises and eat healthy !
