Tuesday was a big one for Abilities Centre's Thrive participants, who traded their usual space for the field at Rogers Centre as part of the 2026 Community Partners All-Star Series, hosted by Jays Care Foundation.
For one afternoon, Thrive participants got to do what every kid dreams of: run the bases, take on drills, and just soak in the excitement of a Major League stadium built for them. There was laughter, a few nerves, plenty of high-fives, and a group photo in center field to mark the moment.
It's a reminder of why partnerships like this matter. When community organizations come together, they can turn an ordinary Tuesday into a lasting memory.
A huge thank you to Jays Care Foundation for welcoming our Thrive participants and giving them a day they won't forget.
