The 10 & 10 keeps getting bigger and better every year — and there’s no better way to kick off the fall running season.

Running on Sunday? Make a plan for how you’re getting downtown before you head out the door to ensure you have the smoothest race day possible:

• Driving? Free participant parking is available at the Canada Life employee parking lot, with additional free street parking throughout downtown on Sundays.

• Biking? Complimentary Bike Valet will be available from 6 AM–11:30 AM.

• Carpooling? A great option for getting to and from the race while keeping things simple.

• Parking reminder: Do not park in stalls marked “Reserved 24 Hours” — vehicles may be towed.

• Our tip: Give yourself extra time to park, walk to the race site, and get settled before your start.

Plan your route. Leave early. Get to the start line ready to run.

Race week is here! Before you head to the start line, make sure you’ve picked up your race kit.

• Location: Soul Sanctuary — 2050 Chevrier Blvd.
• Thursday, Sept. 10: 4–8 PM
• Friday, Sept. 11: 4–8 PM
• Saturday, Sept. 12: 10 AM–2 PM

Important: All race kits must be picked up before race day. There will be no race-day package pickup.

Heading to the Winnipeg 10 & 10 on Sunday? Here’s what you need to know about parking & transportation:

• Free participant parking is available in the Canada Life employee parking lot
• Free street parking is available throughout downtown Winnipeg on Sundays
• Bike Valet is complimentary on race day from 6 AM–11;30 AM
• Please do not park in stalls marked “Reserved 24 Hours” — vehicles may be towed
• Consider carpooling, biking, or arriving early to make race morning a little easier

• New Start Line: Memorial Park & Broadway
• Strollers: Welcome on the 5K course only
• Race Kit Pickup: Soul Sanctuary, 2050 Chevrier Blvd. on September 10, 11 & 12 — all kits must be picked up before race day
• Bike Valet: Complimentary on race day from 6 AM–11:30 AM
