Welcome Kristen, Aqua Fit Instructor, to the Club!

With a PhD in Nutrition and a passion for whole-body wellness, Kris brings a science-informed approach to the pool deck. After years in the nutrition field, she felt called to expand her teaching into movement and found her home in the water. Certified in shallow and deep water aqua fitness, she has since added training in Mindful Water Movement and Aqua Zumba and is currently completing her WaterART H2O Aquatic Personal Trainer certification. Her goal is simple: to deliver workouts that are effective, accessible, and genuinely enjoyable for everyone in the water.’’

Our Winnipeg Winter Club Otto Tennis Academy athletes had a fantastic weekend of competition at the Tuxedo Junior Open! As the outdoor season moves into full swing, our players continue to demonstrate excellent progress, determination, and competitive spirit.
