No matter where I am, maintaining my health helps me feel like myself, even if it’s in small ways.

You don’t need perfection while travelling, just intention and doing the best you can while still enjoying the experience!

8-Week Women’s Bootcamp — Registration Open!

Sign-up is now open for our second bootcamp of 2026! These sessions focus on full-body strength & conditioning circuits designed to build consistency toward your goals and challenge you in the best way, all within a supportive and encouraging group environment.

“You don’t rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of the systems you have in place."

Choosing a workout split shouldn’t be about motivation. It should be based on how many days you can train consistently, not on your best week, but your average one.

More training days doesn't automatically mean more progress. The best split is the one you can repeat week after week.

This is a simple guide with a few options if you’re feeling stuck to set up your training (and the new year) for success!

🤍Thursdays: Nov 27 – Dec 11 (3 weeks)
➡️Mondays: $84 | Thursdays: $63 (tax included)

*Thursday participants can join Monday, Dec 15 to make it a full 4-week series if they’d like ($84 total).*
