AEO @ Home—our summer survival plan to keep you moving, feeling good, and laughing all season long.

We built this so every single one of our gym members can stay on track while the studio takes a summer breather.

And if you’ve never walked through our physical doors before? This is the absolute perfect, zero-pressure way to join our village.

​📝 The Plan: Monthly workouts programmed and posted completely by me (Coach Anna)

👝The Cost: Just $30/month.

💠The Vibe: Complete freedom. Do it at the gym or right in the calm of your living room. Wear your favorite cute matching set, or stay in the oversized sweats you slept in.

🏋🏻‍♀️The Gear: Use full gym weights, a pair of dumbbells, or literally whatever you have laying around. Barbells or a broom. Dumbbells or soup cans. We mean it when we say any equipment.

👯‍♀️The Community: You aren't doing this alone. You’ll be plugged directly into an accountability group. Think of it like a book club, but make it strength—or, if you just need some solo time, disappear and come back stronger than ever.

I am speechless about my journey.

I haven’t been able to find the words yet to explain the surreal feeling of turning my passion into my reality.

I remember taking these photos in 2021, no clients, no plan, just a feeling.

A feeling that I was meant to help people become the best version of themselves.

Fast forward to now, I get to be a part of everyone's journey, no matter if you are at the beginning or the middle of your journey. Or have popped into your life in the past.

I appreciate you, and I want you to know you have impacted my life as much as I have gotten to impact yours.

​Five years of heavy lifts, deep breaths, and the best community a studio could ask for. Whether you’ve been here since day one or just walked through our doors last week, you are the reason we’re still here.

​Whether you’re wrangling the 0–4 crew or navigating the middle school years, we see the work you put in. We see you showing up when the sleep was short, and we see you choosing yourself for an hour so you can give your best to everyone else.
