Meet our and moon circle facilitator .is.me who has been sharing her magic on a bi-weekly basis but is considering to share more moon related classes with you all soon.
𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆?
Many people are spiritually curious and, if they’re honest, spiritually fatigued—worn out by a wellness industry that often treats self-care as an endless cycle of fixing yourself. Moon Circles offer something different: no ritual kit required, just permission to show up exactly as you are and do the work together instead of alone. When someone names something in the room and everyone recognises it in themselves, you understand why it happens collectively and why it can be both deeply meaningful and genuinely funny in the same evening.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲?
Each circle follows a clear structure: a short astrology download, a guided meditation and somatic release to move from the analytical mind into the nervous system, followed by hands-on creative making—whether that’s sigils, friendship bracelets, or manifestation satchels. Creating something while holding an intention helps the body integrate it in a way pure thought cannot. There are oracle cards, space to rest, and permission to opt out of anything. Some evenings are funny, some solemn, some surprisingly sensual. It all depends on who arrives.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲?
Astrology is a practical framework for self-inquiry, not fortune-telling. New moons align the sun and moon in the same sign, creating energy for planting what you want before you can fully see it. Full moons place them in opposing signs, illuminating what has grown and what is ready to be released. Each sign shapes the theme: Ta**us explores desire beneath obligation, Scorpio asks you to face what you’ve avoided etc. The goal is to take that insight and do something with it alongside others exploring the same questions.

Meet one of our teachers that have been around the longest, so she deserves some new photos and a fresh interview!
✨Your classes blend strength and softness so beautifully! What inspires the way you structure your sessions?
From many different sources. Inspiration often comes from a specific song, a sentence in a book, or simply noticing what my own body craves after a long day. But certainly from my own practice with other teachers or when I let my body flow freely. Then, of course, through my own further education with books, workshops and training courses.
✨You often speak about your connection to nature. How does time outdoors influence the way you teach or move through life?
In many different ways. But if I had to choose one thing, it would be the seasons. My classes are meant to reflect nature and remind us that we too live in cycles. This means my classes might feel more grounding and restorative in winter, while we embrace expansion and energy as we move into spring.
✨After teaching at Atman for over two years, what moments or shifts in your students move you the most?*
Their dedication to showing up, no matter what kind of day they’ve had. There’s also a great sense of belonging here, where new students are integrated so naturally.
✨What keeps your own practice alive: the things, people, or rituals that continue to ground and inspire you?
It’s a mix of rituals: the morning quiet with a cup of tea, forest walks, and the commitment to get on my mat even when I don’t have a plan, letting intuition lead the way.

Founder Interview — Recha, Atman Studio
Q: Recha, Atman Studio is filled with plants. Why was that important to you?
Recha: I wanted the studio to feel alive the moment you step inside. Plants bring a quiet sense of grounding. They soften the space, slow you down, and remind you that we’re part of nature, even in the middle of a city.
Q: What do plants add to a yoga and movement space specifically?
Recha: They change how a room feels. There’s more calm, more breath, more presence. Movement becomes less about performance and more about connection: to yourself, to the space, and to something organic.
Q: Is there a deeper intention behind it?
Recha: Yes. Atman was always meant to be a place where people can arrive as they are. Plants grow in their own rhythm, without forcing anything. That mirrors what we practice here: growth with patience, care, and trust.
Q: What do you hope people feel when they walk in?
Recha: Like they can exhale. Like they’ve stepped into a small urban sanctuary: held, grounded, and welcomed. 🌿
